About Clario

Your brain deserves the same daily care as the rest of you.

Your brain shapes everything.

  • How you think.
  • How you feel.
  • How you connect.
  • How you live.

Yet it's often missing from how we care for ourselves each day.

That's why Clario exists.

Why I Built Clario

Understanding Stress Was My Career.

Learning To Navigate It Changed My Life.

I spent years studying stress, anxiety, and mental wellbeing in the lab. But my own experiences revealed the distance between knowing what helps and being able to live it.

I spent years studying stress and anxiety.

My academic career focused on understanding the brain systems that shape stress, anxiety, and emotional wellbeing. I earned degrees in psychology and neuroscience, published research on stress-related brain systems, and taught these topics at the university level.

  • B.S., Psychology & Neuroscience
  • PhD, Neuroscience
  • Published Researcher
  • Former Professor

Then life made it personal.

Anxiety had been part of my adult life for years. After losing my father to cancer, I experienced depression and found that despite everything I knew, finding support that felt effective, practical, and sustainable was far from simple.

What works in theory has to also work in real life.

During this period, I began diving deeper into the science behind practices like movement, breathwork, nature exposure, gratitude, and mindfulness. The research was compelling. But the bigger challenge wasn’t knowing what worked - it was doing it consistently.

So I built the system I wish I had.

Years later, after being diagnosed with cancer myself, I leaned heavily on the supplements I had studied for calm, steady focus - alongside the small, daily practices that helped me stay grounded through multiple surgeries.

These resources didn't change what I was facing, but they changed how I moved through it - helping me meet the stress, uncertainty, and exhaustion with greater calm, clarity, and capability.

Ultimately, facing cancer gave my realization urgency. I left my professorship to create Clario, because I believe more people deserve the type of support that was so beneficial to me.
